An ode to the memoir
I could write about me
Or I could write about you
She says it’s easy, but I disagree
I got an idea; not fully thought through
I was in need of a conflict
I could think of a few
But nothing was of importance
No beginning I could predict
My mind could create nothing new
This is becoming quite the disturbance
I don't think it is easy, but I don't think it is impossible. You need to make your story interesting. That's tough...our lives are interesting to us, but it is the telling of it that we make it engaging for others. The conflict doesn't have to be big, you just need to find a purpose for telling your story....You can do it. I believe in you!
